REO checklist / worksheet

Can anyone please send me a copy or post your REO checklist sheet?  We need to develop something for my team to use when we get an REO assignment all the way through closing to help organize the process and make it more efficient...

    instructions are ususally client specific and they will give you prelist instructions in their referral letter.

    Hi Dave,

    Maybe this will help.  I need to do more modifications to this, but it's a work in motion.  I'm looking to get a new updated version of Acrobat before I make more changes.  Not sure if you can actually get it to function on your end, it has to do file sharing.  If you have Acrobat Professional installed it may work as intended.
