Has anyone done any work with REO Exchange? I have received a couple emails from them but haven't seen any feedback on the forum regarding them. Any input would be appreciated.

Maria, I am inclined to agree with Gary. I spoke at length to one of the founders, he was very professional & knowledgeable. He indicated that this is a site founded by other Realtors in the REO business., and stated that they only have a few banks right now. But as in most cases, they cannot guarantee any listings. Since then, I have received several emails. I am watching how this group evolves.

I would be cautious throwing money at this web site. If you click on the forum link on the website, you will see only two members, both joined in April this year. There are only three posts in the forum indicating a small amount of traffic and very little agent participation. There are tons of these types of website going after our money. Many of them don’t produce any REO listings or bpo business. II’m going to consider this website one of the scams until proven otherwise.
