Has anyone heard of this outfit? They are asking for an up front fee of $195 (which I am always hesitant on doing unless I know the company or get good info from another agent). They are an agent database for asset managers supposedly?? Just curious if anyone has signed on with them and if they got any listings or calls from asset managers.
