I am on a webnar and Mike costigan is selling his class again he is saying reo is up 50% I am in Illinois have been a reo agent since 99 and I do not see this does he know something we do not know please let me know . was just on Equater webnar and they said to expand busy because reo is slowing down and changing

Suggest you use tools like Foreclosure Radar to ascertain that is factual.
Many of the webnars are dated you can tell they are recorded awhile back.
