I tried virtually every software out there and ended up on eBrokerhouse.com. You can't beat it for the money.

The best part is that they listen to suggestions and are always adding new features!

I use BrokerBrain and am very happy with it and the flexibility of the administration of the tasks. The BPO portion is amazing and as for the expenses...like all the rest of data input, garbage in, garbage out, LOL. Their contact is http://www.brokerbrain.net/www/index.php.
