I received an email from their compliance coordinator offering to register with them for REO assignments thru Old Republic, and Equity Point. I do BPO work for both but am not aware of this company. They offer one year at $149. $50 discount to register and receive REO assignments. Curious if anyone has taken this route before or has any experience with REOVM.

It is legit. The only catch is you need to spend more $ to learn how to do BPO. Then you are on the elig list, not you will get one.  Vendor manager is just a platform they contacted me 3 times by phone and regularily times by eMail. I spoke to one rep she hinted there are few takers and she understand agents frustration. There is annual renewal fees on top of it.

ORT Default typ sells their reo to other asset companies. They have almost none in my area (no Calf). One agent has been assigned 1 condo and now it is in litigation. He is terminating the membership. This agent has been listing REO for 10 years and he says he normally pays no sign-ups.

I've been receiving the same email for almost a year, usually is the other way around I am the one contacting the AM and Banks to get listings not them contacting agents.

I did it last year- received nothing and yes I do complete bpos for both companies... reovm is merely a platform,,,, they do not assign listings..... I did not do it this year...

hope this helps!!

 warm regards, Rose

Do you know if ORDMS has REO work in the Orlando-Central Florida area?

I have one listing through Equity Point.  Nothing through Old Republic.

Hey,

We are a team of people having experience in manually accepting new BPO orders for most of BPO companies. We are very prompt in accepting orders when they are posted and can accept orders on your behalf for companies like RRReview, Atisource (Ocwen), Clear capital, OLD Republic, Equi-trax, SAM, Proteck, Corelogic, Emortgagelogic, BPO Fulfillment (Mainstreet Val.), Inside Valuations, GoodmanDean, Woodfinn etc.. and other companies.

We have one year experience and very high success rate in accepting new orders. There is no automated software used, We constantly monitor your email for new order and immediately accept new order when it is available, we do it manually and it is legitimate. We can provide you free service for a day or two if you are interested and accept some orders for you.

You would pay for accepted orders only, no additional costs. If order is canceled later you don't need to pay for it.

You can leave all your worries on us for accepting orders, please shoot me an email bpoorderaccept@gmail.com

Looking forward to hearing from you.
Thank you.

Has anyone gotten assignments from REOVM lately?  Thanks-Ben

I did pay fee one year received no listing. Stop paying the fee and still receiving all the bpos I can handle. If there is no agents in the area doing bpos they have to use whoever will do them without the fees.

I have paid the money, did all their tests, 3 years ago  and NEVER received an assignment from them. OR nor EP. All kinds of OR BPO solicitations but no assignments. Who want to do OR for  $30 exteriors???

Walk away -- you DO NOT need to pay for BPO's.....especially if you already work for the banks they are offering...The only people making money isREO vendor

Ok I have not paid them in years.  Out of the blue they offered a short sale assignment and provided an address of the property.
