I do want to say that REMUSA take about 60 to 75 days to pay but they are great to work for - I get about 30 to 40 BPO orders per month - so you if can wait that long, they do pay!
It looks like we have all gotten burned my evalonline and I am going to write my congressman and see if it will help!
Just got an email from eValuations Solutions, LLC. www.evalonline.net for a BPO that has to be in by 2:00 p.m. today. It pays 50.00. Do you think its the same as evalonline.com???
I have never signed up with them and the "LLC's" are the ones that usually stiff me. Most of the LLC's bid at the auction and snap these up and WE do all the reseach...I will check to see if this is on the list to be auction in NWK or PAS today.
Cindy:
When I first started working for REMUSA, I was told I would see payment every two weeks after my BPO's seasoned for 45 days. That HAS NOT been the case.
I started with REMUSA in June. It took 90 days to get my first payment. I have had the run around with their accounting department for the last two weeks regarding another payment from them. It has now been 45 days since my last check. I have been completing about 30-40 BPO's a month and now I am concerned that they are not going to pay me... especially because I have such a large outstanding balance with them.
Any suggestions Cindy?
I really do like their BPO format and I never get called on any of my work. I like that there is no competition, but I am wondering if it is because no one else is a fool like me :-)
Jamie - they are slow to pay but they have been pretty consistent with me and maybe it's because I sent them a gift basket (there are about 25 people in their dept) as a Thank You for their business -
Do pays..ditto with Clear Capital, Goodman Dean, RemUsa, Ocwen (quit doing theirs anyway!), Five Brothers, FiServ..just did one for resnet and lamco, so not sure how they will do. I have pretty much quit doing them for companies I do not think will get me a listing, just not enough time to nickle and dime away..Anyone else?
Are you sure about Lamco only doing auctions. My understanding is that properties they work with initially go thru auction process, if lender is high bidder Lamco assigns as they have in past. I did just do BPO for them. Quick payment on BPO. I was told I would get listing if lender was high bidder.
