I work with them on REO's. They have been good to work with and re-imburse quickly. They have started putting many of their REO's on Auction though, so you tend to get cheated out of some good commissions.

I would go to the website and register then they will contact you after you have registered takes a few days for them to get back with you and it depends how many people they have in your area

I just ended my relationship with this company even though they pay very well, within 30 days and direct deposit too. But, I value my license and the integrity of my reports. I had been with them for 10 months and recently had a report returned for corrections as their client wanted sold comps within 3 months, not 6 months.  When I started reviewing the report I saw crazy adjustments and double adjustments that I did not make at all. It was done in their office after I signed off on the report. Shameless!

 

Now since I value my opinion, my license and integrity, I immediately asked them to remove me as a vendor. It is important for everyone here to know that your name and brokerage put that stamp of approval on it. 

that is good to know. I have been doing work for them for years and they have changed. Their solicitation strategy stinks and they have gotten very pushy. They used to not be that way.

I thought everyone should know. They are being very sneaky and even changing GLA on homes using previous appraisals that they receive after your report is in. As long as your comps are in the "bracket" they will use them and make NEW adjustments for you.

They are not the only ones doing this. I am considering trying to find more property inspection companies since they are easier to do and less hassle.

Tonia, thank you so much for this update.  This sounds like what Transcontinental Valuations was doing to me and once I found out, I immediately quit working for them.  The only way that I know of to protect your license is to print out the report once you complete it, but the company is using your name and license number to legitimize their numbers.  It's really a shame that it has come to this.

 

By the way, has anybody seen all of the emails that bpo online is sending out?  They are desperate!
