  • The #1 HUD sales company put on a seminar recently at my local board.  When I attended, it was basically about the process of buying/selling HUD homes - but after the seminar I got some one-on-one time with the Broker, Robert Sinclair.  He flat out said that the NRBA was a necessity for REO Agents looking for longevity in this industry.  Seems like it takes quite a bit to join & such, but I haven't had much time to get involved with it yet.  I have it on my "short list" of items to try and complete within 6 months of the new year.
    • I have been a member for years and live by it.  I am on their forum all the time.  The members are helpful and what I gain outways what it costs.  It also has RIO which is a management system for properties...it is the best one out there and does not cost a thing...other than membership.  If you are not a member you can pay for access.  I am sure you saw the HUD presentation that they worked on.  Many of us are listing brokers for HUD...they are always above the curve.   The other great organization is Open Door...it is also very progressive.  They are newer but I truly believe they will be a good organization.
  • NRBA is a very good organization.  If you read the forum and watch you learn daily..  It is all about connections and networking.  NRBA, has been my favorite for many years.
  • BOTH!!!!
