So...as you likely already know, REOPro launched Buyer Direct back around Christmas of 2016 and we've had tens of millions of dollars of offers made from our investor network on properties our members have submitted for consideration. Now, I am happy to report, we have officially had our first closing from the program. Just 3 months later, our investors have made an offer, it was accepted by the seller, closed on a investment property and are now in the process of rehabbing it. I'm couldn't be more pleased with how the program is working and I am truly blessed that we have an incredible group of investors and agents like yourselves who are working to help consumers as well as make money. Thanks to each of you who are participating. Let's keep up the momentum and make 2017 a great year for us all.
