  • Hi Addie, I have heard the auto accept software companies have already programmed the Kaptcha work around. I had one of my BPO agents logged on at 1.45 in the morning (not sure why they were up that late) and refreshed as an order was coming over (based on time stamp) and it came back as already accepted.
    • No surprise there, right? Someone needs to tell those guys that BPO companies do NOT want them accepting BPOs that way! But you can also tell, based how long it takes for an order to get accepted, where there are agents using (or better yet, not using) bots. Example: Order in in xyz city or 12345 zip code comes in at 9:01am and it's not accepted until 9:18am, maybe there are no bots there accepting orders.
Shh! Don't tell anyone, just add these areas to your coverage(?).
  • They have a way to keep auto-accepters from accepting orders by having you enter a code in order to request the order. I suggest you just keep a few zip codes in the most active areas (keeping your cost down) but continue your membership.
    • thank you will take your advice:)
  • i always get emails that a BPO is available in my area, but when i open the link, the BPO is aready taken by another agent-I don't know if I still want to continue my memebrship. any thoughts?
    • Rosie,

I have the same concern....have you inquired about a auto-accept program w/ Equator/REOTrans BPO system?
      • No, I have not. How do you go about doing this?
        thanks
