I signed up for USRES to complete free BPO'sin return of REO Assignments. After the 5th, I'veasked for the REO's. I was told to email their vendorManagement, I did. seems that everytime anyone witha pulse answers they say everyone is at Lunch.I just discovered USRES.COM and RES.NET sharethe same address.I signed up for RES.NET, had different Levels ofMemberships. One was for BPO's and REO Assignments.Question?What is the purpose of having USRES.COM,when you have RES.NET?

I have done 8 BPO's for USRES and I have yet to receive a REO assignment. I asked about the REO assignment and they told me that there is a 12:1 ratio of BPO to REO assignment. Hope that helps.
