Can anyone tell me what they think. I just received my first BPO from ResNet. I guess they want agents to work for free, in hopes of getting an REO.
I was given a choice. But I guess I picked the wrong one. Next thing I knew it was resigned to another agent. I was half way competed, and had an appointment set.
I'm tired of getting treated like a second class citizen. When is our career, going to be returned as respected again.

Resnet does not request BPOs. USRES requests BPOs. You do get a choice. Pay or no pay. As far as I know, they do not reassign after you have accepted the BPO and they have provided you access information for an interior. There must be a misunderstanding there.

You need to sign up pay $700/yr plus free chores before opportunities come to your way. One Northern CA agent mentioned to me it has been almost 4 years since he got anything. He sold 54 reo homes before. He is counting 99% people will stop paying steep membership that he will receive one when the next depression arrives.
