I have worked for them for 6 years.  They pay well (if you negotiate price) and you get your check in a timely manner.  The only problem I have with them is the people on the other end of the phone don't speak very clear English.  Have to have them repeat orders several times.

  • Yes, I recently had a QC isue on an order. Put multiple messages in the portal, called the toll fee number twice. No help at all. Finally on the third call I insisted they let me talk to someone in Salt Lake City (their home office). At first they just saying I can help you but I said no and finally I got a hold of someone in America and got the issue fixed.

    Also never accept an order by phone. these people in India or where ever they are will tell you one thing and do another. Once I accepted an order by phone, $50 due in 3 days. 20 minutes later they sent an email saying it was assigned to me at $40 due the next day. When I com[plained they said "you agreed to it". Since then when they call I tell them email me the order, I don't accept verbal orders.
