On July 1, 2016 Sage Acquisitions take over asset management and broker control for HUD homes in 23 states. I'm signing our brokerage for listing but you only get one chance to submit your application and the information can never be changed. This is where I need some help. Does anyone have examples of the reference or proposal pages? I'd appreciate any help, I don't want to mess it up since it can't be changed. I'd be willing to pay for examples. Thanks!
