I just talked with my coordinator at Secured Lending Services. They will be going out of business on April 2nd. I have been told that they will be paying all invoices up until they close. They do not know if the bulk will come in March or not.
If anyone knows who is getting HSBC's orders please let me know via a PM

I don't do many BPOs anymore but Secured was my favorite. I did not know they went out of business. I'm not willing to pay a fee and take another BPO class. It may be time to return to traditional real estate and give the valuation business back to appraisers. REO brokerage has been my bread and butter for at least 10 years but it is so demanding and less fun.
I signed up for Single Source today. How is it going for you guys with Single Source? Do you recommend paying the $79 for the BPO training? I learned from the best, my business partner is an SRA designated appraiser. I have been doing this for about 8 years now.......any suggestions or recommendations? Is anyone getting listings?
I have signed up with Single Source and have received some orders that HSBC has sent to Single source. WE shall see how things go.

I didn't have to take the class because I was the main portland agent for Secured and was added to Single sources vendor list as preferred I think. I am going to take the class anyways just to keep my profile up to date and you never know what you can learn from different companies.
I have yet to hear from LPS which is suppose to receive HSBC orders also.
LPS has me on board and Single Resouce just put me in the system on Monday. I was one of the main folks doing HSBC and did about 2K a month for them.
Same here. How long did it take for LPS to get you into there system? I sent my info packet over to them last week and still haven't heard anything.
LPS is slammed with the BPOs and have more folks in the office working on this.
