Here's another one that contacted me yesterday...www.servicelinkfnf.comHas anyone worked with them and have any experiences to share? I checked their rating on this site and there were only 3 votes at a 2 so not sure what to think. (BPOs only, lead to REO listings? Pay well and on time?)Thanks!

  • I spoke to one of the Asset Managers and he said Assetlink is no more. Servicelink is the company completely. They are a full service company. They are not taking agents at this time --- only BPOs. Hopefully, they open up soon. I have worked with a few of the what was AssetLink Asset Managers and I had a pretty good repore with them.
  • ServiceLink is the parent company of AssetLink - the closings for AssetLink are handled through SerivceLink - they contacted me months ago, I am in their database but have not received anything. I know of several "old timers" agents that are no longer doing business with AssetLink because they are requesting too much of the agent and AssetLink's asset mgrs are like a revolving door, so I think they might have problems. Don't know for sure, just what I hear from the realtor grapevine.
  • Aren't they connected with Assetlink?
  • Ok....before I start, let me say that I know some of this companies leadership and in fact, we had been trying to work on a deal to help them expand thier vendor management database, specifically....getting more agent in their system.

I do believe they are a good company but of course, let thier score, as you mention in your post, speak for itself. I can tell you that we, Servicelink and REOPro was never able to come out with an agreement to partner and honestly, I feel like I did all I could to make that happen but, whatever.

I can tell you the goal of this company is to have approximately 20 thousand agents in their system by end of quarter 2, 2010 and I can also tell you that they DNU'd more agents last year than they took in so......I am sure they have a lot of people ticked off at them. Fair or not, I don't know because I personally have never signed up with them, even when I had a wide open door to do so and that was simply because I was working on a larger deal with them and I didn't want to have any conflicts.

Personally, after looking at the score they have and my trust in this network, I don't have any plans to sign up with them in the future.
    • Thank you for the feedback. Since obviously you are why I am here, I value your opinion! Since stumbling onto your site back in about April this year I increased my BPO volume from only a handfull in 2008 to completing over 400 so far this year!! I also am an HRC for Titanium and successfully have obtained listings thru these leads, none closed yet, just waiting for the short sale to be approved thru BofA, but that's another story!!!

      So thanks again!!
