  • I signed up with Short Sale Agent Finder and for almost a year I have had nothing from them until just yesterday, Sunday, I got an email asking if I was interested in a Buyers Lead.
They have been a waste of money.
As far as Equator, I paid for the extra zip codes a couple of years ago with zero results. I did that for 6 months and dropped them.

    • Never got any new REO assignments from equator either and have paid to be there for over 4 years now.  You do however need to be on there for certain companies to choose you as their agent.  If they use equators platform, you need to be there.  I have received new companies/assets via res.net and reonetwork, both are expensive though.

  • I signed up for Equator a few years ago, got nothing.  Now I can sign up for half the price, but half of nothing is still nothing.

  • I did it....and regret it as well. Almost a year has gone by and NOTHING. I recommend saving your $

  • I signed up w Short Sale agent Finder about 4 months ago. Have received only (2) really poor quality buyer leads. I asked them to refund my money they said would but have to wait until a year has passed and if I have not received a listing they stated they'll refund. Overall not good so far.

Regarding Equator I also signed up for 10 zip codes and got Equator certified (silver I think) about 6 months ago also with zero results. Im in San Diego could also be there are too many agents in this area signed up.
  • um......I did, some time ago and now I regret it.

  • I have a similar question about Short Sale Agent Finder. Has anyone on this forum had any experience using them?
