Anyone know anything about this company? www.SSLister.com Supposedly they aggressively look for short sale leads, give them to you and charge a referral fee.

I also received an email from them. Agents Forum online has some positive comments, however a 1% referral fee is high.
On many SS lender ends up reducing commission, so you end up working an entire deal for only 1% to you, 1% to referral.
