Good luck! Chase does not give out Negotiator's contact info and they do not transfer you to Negotiator, saying that Negotiators don't handle calls. They also take a lot longer to review the file. But if someone had a different experience with them, it'd be good to hear from them.

In most of my short sales, I didn't get to talk to the negotiators until they actually worked on the files. But you are right, JP Chase negotiator didn't give me her direct number. Anyhow, I am closing a short sale with Chase this month and they approved my short sale within 30 days. I guess I just got lucky with this file.
