SingleSource Property Solutions

SingleSource Property Solutions has joined with a company named American Destiny. If you sign up with American destiny they require you to pay 25% of your meager 2% commission. This means that the agent is working for 1.5% or less since they take so long to reimburse for expenses. Has anyone experienced this rip off?

  • Does anyone have the inside story on what's going on at Single Source? They have gone through Reps, faster then I throw out old underwear:0)

I use to get BPOS, hard assigned to me, the last six months, it's dropped done to one a week, This has all happened after they lost 500 files to Nationstar. And the one REO, I have left, they seem to be sitting on:0(

Now they are eblasting all BPOS, because it saves time.

    • I pray for all of us everything. We are in a tough business. And yes, sometimes Thankless:0) We all need to help each other as much as possible.

That is why I'm really, greatful for this site, and it's agents. But it seems to me, if you at the top on your game once, you will get there again!

I'm pretty new to REO, I've only had six listing. And I'm about to be out. I'm contacting all the BPO/REO companies I can with my profile. Single Source which I started with doing BPO orders. Has really slowed down on everything.

I'm starting to get stressed. Does anyone know why they are slowing down? I really Love them, and would help anyway I could.

  • I wanted to ask anyone that knows. I'm doing my first eviction lockout on Friday. What are my requirements as a listing agent, besides showing up? Please be as detailed as you can. I'm a work in progress:0)

    • Contact your eviction coordinator to see if you are responsible for having an eviction crew and locksmith at the property or if they have a company who will handle it?
      • Thank you! Already done, it's not clear if they will call locksmith or not. But waiting for them to confirm.

I like to know what I'm doing before I get there:0)

    • I make sure a locksmith is there, as the police here won't wait around if you don't have one waiting.  Good idea to drive by the night before as well--properties are vacant 90% of the time because the occupants recieved a 48 hour notice(in Florida that is) . Make a checklist of secure tasks so you don't forget to check health and safety issues, electrical box, water leaks, etc.   Lots of pictures of every room, and every potential repair issue. Bring ID and a business card, and park a couple house away if you think the property is still occupied.
      • ID for police? Thanks for the reply. Will follow and do.

  • Has anyone had REO listings transferred to Nationstar from Single Source? It's been weeks now, without any help from Single Source or contact from Nationstar. No where to submit paid invoices.................I was told to keep doing business as normal. And Nationstar was retaining the listing agents. But going crazy and might lose my broker over this.

    Any help is welcomed.

    • Has anyone contacted you from Nationstar yet.
