Does anyone know of a source of international investors who is or would be interested in investing in Atlanta real estate (foreclosed residential. commercial or land)I hear about international investors in California, New York, etc. I am assuming that they contact the real estate agent. Well, I am trying to be proactive and contact them. (not waiting for the ship to come in, swimming out to meet it :>) )Any help would be appreciated.Mike L.
