The Five Star Institute Short Sale Summit – Friday, March 12

I have decided that this is a can't miss event. Those of you sitting aboard Noah's Ark waiting for the next REO wave are going to be left in the dust! I would like to relate you to the Hawaiin's last Saturday waiting for the monster tsunami that never came.

Are you going? If you aren't going, why not?

Short sales are where it's at...no reimbursements, bigger commissions and long lasting relationships with people in your community!

I look forward to hanging out with all the REOPro trend setters that will be in attendance!

I would be interested in sharing a room with someone to cut down on the cost...anyone interested?

I am happy to say the 5 Star reception was a lot of fun and there were a lot of great people in attendance.

Just attended an REO / Short Sale Summit presented by the Five Star on February 28. It was excellent. The presentation, staff, and program - extremely professional and informative I look forward to completing my certification with Five Star.

    No, not going to REO MAC or 5 Star Dallas. I want to finish 5 Star cert that I started on before I begin anything else. Have a great time!

My husband and I are going- leaving today, taking some of the before and after summit courses- it is a short 5 hour drive from our locale in AZ. We figured, why not? We have avoided short sales like the plague, but now that it appears the banks might be coming around to them..well, why not? We would love to meet any and all of you there- Time and place?

Found out a couple of days ago that my inventory is going to increase to double or triple of what I currently have. Therefore, it will not be possible for me to attend 5 Star. However, I will definitely make some time to meet at a designated location at M Casino on Friday and/or Saturday evening. Just let me know what time and place to meet.
