we are a default field service (inspections, preservations and REO) company also considering working for them so we're also interested in comments. One thing I learned from talking to them yesterday is that they did 7,500 homes in the last 12 mo - not many as we did 9991 presrvation jobs LAST MONTH!
do you know of any contractors that have worked for them?
We signed up with them for a year and got maybe 1 or 2 BPO's. They sent us a "Renew now or we'll never send you business again" email. We didn't renew and still get a couple bpo's a year from them. They take forever to pay though.
I put off siging up with Lamco for about 4 months and finally did so about 1 month back. I did get a BPO order in about 3 weeks from them with language that I may be asked to do monthly property inspections for free and it may turn into a REO listing once the foreclosure process completes. So, so far it seems fair. Hope this helps. I am in Western WA. Chris G

Save your money. They send maybe 1 bpo and never hear from them again until your account is lapsing
after 12 months. Then they will send about 25 emails to sign up/renew again at a reduced fee.

Hi all:
Thank you so much for the feedback I think from what I am hearing is that your money is better spent somewhere else.
I don't care what it is - if there is only one Agent in the area, I would be joining. Especially if you are confident that you can out-perform that other Agent! Carpe Diem!
