I just got contacted by this company.

They gave me the usual " ...we have immediate properties in your area that we need assistance carrying through as a Short Sale. Can you help?"

How about it?

You guys ever heard of Titaniuminc.com and/or

have any experience working with them??

Please, post what you know, what you've heard, etc.
