Anybody have any experience with this company? I just started working with them after they emailed me out of the blue saying they found me on another BPO mill's website.

 

I've only done one BPO so far, an interior for an FDIC listing that was under contract. And just now missed 3 more interiors that were way outside my work area.

I've worked with them and have completed about 3 or 4 BPO's. But all the BPO's I did had already been assigned to local REO agents when I got the orders. Haven't done any for them this year.
They pay, but they pay very slow. You will probably have to contact them for payment.
My experience is thus: mostly second opinion interior BPO's currently listed, very slow to pay 60-90 days average, forms are fairly staight forward but time consuming.
I have done multiple BPO's for them and I have not been paid on any going back 10 months. They recently contacted me again asking me to do another BPO. Needless to say, I declined and I will never do one for them again.
I just received a call about a reassigned BPO they need to place. I accepted it and then checked Realty Pilot where I manage my BPO business and found that they still owe me for a BPO submitted in January. So... now I'm going to get back to them to decline. I have no time for the constant follow-up on slow/no payers.

What has everyone's experience been with them lately?

I just got contacted by them to do BPOs.
They are still slow to pay and had a reduction in fees paid a couple of months ago. I told them that it was unacceptable so they kept me at the rate I was at. But I have stopped taking BPO's now because my brokerage finally has HUD assets rolling in and I have no time for BPO's.

But they were my most active BPO company this year. Nice thing is they usually directly assign the BPO to you so do not have to worry about getting beat out by the cheaters using auto-accepting software.

Transcontinental Valuations are very deceitful company. I have completed $500 worth of BPOs and have not been paid for 120 days.  I call and email them every week to no avail. Needless to say I will never accept another BPO order from them.  I am talking to my attorney about filing a small claim against the company to get my payments.

Glad I stopped  doing work for them late last year. They had sent me an email that they were lowering their pay rates and I told them never mind. They still send me assignments but I don't even log in to take a look. I always had to email them a reminder about not being paid yet but they usually got the check in the mail the next day.

sites like Ripoffreoprt are great. Look just how many complaints about Safeguard exist. We should really post non-payments there all the time!
