  • The properties that are listed on their website can be added by agents even if it was a listing that didnt come from TreoNet. This is just another way to advertise your listings. I had search and there are no listings in my counties here. I cant see that it would be worth it based on this

  • Any update on Treonet? I spent some time on their web site this morning looking at their listings in my area - all of which had sold over a year ago, it seems they have no inventory at least in Northern California - but it could be that their web site is not up to date (very possible). Also they have raised their fee to $499 to register - does anyone think it's worth it?
  • Hi Jason & Jeff
Just curious where you guys are located? I am in the Washington D. C. area & I would want to be assured they have properties for my area. I don't have a problem paying a fee, but it does get frustrating paying all these service fees & fees for special certifications now when you are not even getting BPOs from them. I am a seasoned REO agent & never paid any fees except for REOTrans & now it seems every which way you turn this has become a tactic by some of these companies to enrich their coffers. Just trying to decide which ones to sign with before I make that leap. Thanks for the response.
    • I am Atlanta, GA
  • Since signing up as a premium agent I have received two new listing assignments. TREO is a great company to work with and has benefited my career greatly over the past several years. They have a large volume of steady work and are quick to respond to offers. Thanks, Jason Harris, Re/Max Greater Atlanta
  • Hi Gail, I am a premium agent with TREO and have received several assignments. TREO has been good to work with, including open lines of communication & the use of the res.net platform. The fee of $350.00 is very reasonable based on assignments received & hopefully more to come thru-out the year. We look forward to a great 2010 and strong relationship with them. Sincerely, Jeff Miller, Realty Executives, Phoenix, Arizona.
