  • I have met with some of their execs at prior REO industry events. It is my understanding that rather than working through REO outsourcing companies, they have brought the REO disposition process in-house. I don't know for certain, but I would assume it was because they were dissatisfied with the quality and timeliness and wanted a better process. To me that would suggest they probably "get it" better than many. Because it is essentially a private equity fund, you won't find much information about them online. They aren't an REO asset management company that would have a large internet presence. They aren't soliciting REO business from other sources, so it would make sense that they would have a low profile. I wouldn't be concerned in the slightest.

In fact, because the transition has just recently happened, it wouldn't surprise me if the prior listing agent's frustration is due to that change, and/or due to possibly the same dysfunctions that were occurring through their outsourcer. I understand the concern, but in light of the situation I think everything will be fine. Congratulations and good luck!

    • Aaron, do you know if they only have Wells Fargo Assets?  I totally agree with what you said about timeliness of the process.  I received both assignments within a day or two of their foreclosures and had them on the market within 10 days or so.  That is a nice change from the weeks or months that others have taken.
  • Received a listing two weeks ago today.  They had me do the rekey, trashout, clean up right away and now the home is on the market.   So far they have been very responsive and open to what I need.
    • I have a second listing from them now.  The asset manager has been one of the best that I have worked with.  He is very responsive and is open to my suggestions.  The closer is the same way.

I have also been reimbursed for my costs in a resonable amount of time.

    • I have had a good experience with them since I received the assignment.  It does take a while to receive reinbursement from them.

  • Monica,

I am in Camarillo, CA.  Do you have a contact or a website?  I just showed an REO over the weekend and it was one of their assets.  Would love to try to get signed up if possible.  Thanks for any help you can provide.

    • I could not find a website for them, however; I found some ratings for them through Google. The initial instructions that I was given, was not to give out their contact information.
