REOPro - Real Estate Default Professionals

America's Largest Social Network for Default Real Estate Professionals

I just wanted to remind everyone on REOPro that there is a lot of "house cleaning" going on in the default servicing industry right now. REO agents are being wiped out of databases nationwide for various reason, one of which is out-dated information.

When is the last time that you went back to EVERY client (or potential client) that you have an on-line profile for and updated your:

Real Estate Company Name
Contact Information (phone, email, address, website)
License Number
License Expiration
E&O Insurance Carrier & Expiration Date
Zip Code Coverage

This is the simplest way to secure what you do have, and in some cases expand your business. I just talked to a colleague the other day who was about to get wiped from a database (and much like the old adage "you can't unscramble scrambled eggs" it's easier to get wiped out than to get added back in a database) and not only did he rescue his profile, but also began seeing an increase in business.

Happy Holidays~

thanks Dan, great advise.
Thanks Dan, that is like changing the batteries in the smoke detectors.
Well said Jose~

OK, back to work I go. PS, Roboform is a great tool to help with the updates or new registrations. I'm not plugging their product for any reason other than everyone raves about it.

You can find discussions about them online and they're on twitter.
