Does anyone have any information in regards to Vendor Select ? They asked me to sign up- after doing so, I was "accepted", however since the acceptance I received a phone call stating that in order to be a member I needed to pay $340 for a 14 mos. membership. Said membership would put me in front of the REO Players necessary to obtain listings. Per the contact they hand select realtors to make this offer to- review their application and determine if said Realtor will fit their criteria. Any input would be greatly appreciated. I've exclusively sold lender/investor/bulk owned assets for over eight years and I've only recently been "required" to pay to get listings. Thanks for your time and I look forward to any comments.

Ask them where they've got listings currently. Specific addresses. IF they will give you that information, call those Realtors. I suspect this is just another way to get money out of us...
