  • Ok, so i just got approved with VRM, no listings yet. But i guess after signing up, i signed up to take the VRM classes at 5 Star and 3 days later got my approval. It only took 14 days. So taking the class might help i guess, used the same email address on both.

  • I've worked with them this summer on some properties but never took the training classes. I'm going to five star and trying to decide if I should take them there. Does anyone think the classes will make a difference in getting more REO's?

    • Im not sure if the classes will help or not.  I was hired a few weeks ago but havent recieved anything, in fact we had one of our Bank of America VA properties pulled from us and given to a different VRM broker.  We will see what happens I guess.

  • I got approved this week... I pray I get something from it..

    • Nikki that is GREAT!!!!

  • So does it help if you take the REO amplified class they offer? I will be at the 5 star and was debating spending more time out there for it. Any advise would help, I See Milton says it helped.

    • I applied a little over a year ago and recieved the same email asking me to take the next step but was never hired.  I knew the two fannie AMP's in Minnesota were losing their accounts so I took their training in chicago in march and had to re apply.  I was just added to the network today so Im assuming it helps to have their certification done.

  • They are very good to work with and they reimburse quickly (usually within 30 days)....

  • I finally got approved in their system today! Im guessing its the timing of them taking over VA properties....

  • I have been approved with VRM for quite a while but they had not rolled out in my area.  Just recently, I was notified that they received the VA account and have been required to attend webinars all last week and complete some lead based paint training.  I have also applied in the past for Fannie Mae and the VA training webinars reference Fannie Mae on the bottom of the screen, so I am not sure if just being approved with VRM is enough.  You might need to go apply for each of the clients they have to get assets.   Not 100% sure...any feeback is appreciated.
