I would make up a list of all the features you want and need before choosing someone to host your site. 95% of the sites out there are cookie cutter and they all look alike to potential buyers & sellers. Most of all you want your site to be engaging and give the customer a reason to stay on it and request services you may offer. Look at the sites in your market and you will see what I mean. Most of them tout what they do instead of offer service to the customer. Remember, the buyer is always asking "What's in it for me?" I am with a local Remax office and find it so frustrating when there is "old" information on it. Good luck.

Try Microsoft 365. It's pretty easy and it's only $6.00 a month with no ad branding and unlimited pages.
