I was cleaning out my email and their website seems to be gone. Their LinkedIn conversations are non-existent although that's as it should be since it is a paid organization and they had their own discussion board. (The NRBA shut down their open LinkedIn page for that reason plus members were sharing TOO much info.)
I only belonged the 1st year and went to the REO EXPO in Fort Worth in 2010 thinking the conference and institute were one and the same. But I didn't use whatever the benefits were and the REO biz had already slid into the abyss so I stopped wearing myself out at REO conferences. Plus I was/am tired of going to Dallas/Ft Worth.
I thought the goals of being all inclusive were good and the dues were affordable but maybe all of the free REO Pro and LinkedIn discussions drowned them out?

I use to get weekly emails from Open Door soliciting membership but havent seen anything in over a year, did they go out of business? NRBA now has a Facebook page open to the general public.
