Need advise as to when the best time to work with the Bank to acquire NPN and possibly Bulk sale of SFR's in desired zip code(s).......I have a proven Cash buyer client that wants to negotiate directly with the primary lenders yet we need guidance on this. Short Sale, Auction or Post Auction the best time? HELP!!
