What's The Story on BPORE.COM?

They are sending out an email saying there is plenty of BPO biz out there with all the foreclosures. They are charging $29 a year to be in their directory that they say they are posting for asset managers. They say they are contacting asset managers monthly. Although the fee is nominal, just wondering if anyone has signed up with them yet, or if you have had success in dealing with them. We are hesitant in paying for the possibility of receiving BPOs as we have gone the pay for zip code route, and almost signed up with America Buys Foreclosures. This is a GREAT forum and so nice all of you willing to take the time to share.Thank you!SuzanneSt. Louis Realtor

  • I replied to an email add received via epro and decided to place my add. Within a day I received confirmation from several BPO/REO companies that I had registered with earlier and immediately started receiving BPO requests. It has worked for me.

  • Sorry, no info on these folks. I have not heard of them as far as I know. I typically do not sign up with any BPO mills. Only with companies that also assign or handle listings.
