  • FYI, I just got an assigment thru equator on my free zip code.  I don't pay for extra zip codes. I am just wondering if I should pay for more Zip codes. And Does anyone know Nastionstar services FanneaMae for sure? I have seen a lot FM listings being listed in my backyard by outside offices.

  • I also see that Nationstar is getting really big and am trying to figure out how to sign up as a listing agent for them.  Anyone know?

  • How do you get in with Nationstar they are getting really big.

  • Would you happen to have a contact name to get signed up to be one of their REO agents?

  • I heard they have their own real estate agents. She told me "You have to work for Nationstar in order to get REOs.I am not sure what the girl by that. It gave me the impression. It just happen that I am doing a S/S and just did a BPO for one of the properties they are doing Deed in Lieu.

  • I just got a request this week from Nationstar to update my information and add a 2 million dollar general liability policy in addition to my E & O insurance- anyone else get a request from them... the Master Listing Agreement is for HomeSelect Settlement Solutions LLC.

  • I had one asset with them. I loved working with them but I was told they have few assets in my area but I am hoping to get more!
  • I just received one from them in Antioch, CA (northern CA).  I was just given it through Equator and nobody has spoken with me or given me any guidelines...just the listing agreement and asset.   I started working on it immediately, but it would be nice to know their expectations, commission breakdown, reimbursement procedures, etc... :)  Happy I received the asset though!
    • Great news Jennifer, I would be stumped to proceed w/out an agreement(?)!  I am in Northern CA not too far away in Sonoma County...I just LinkedIn a Nationstar CA representative asking for the scoop.  There seems to be a lot of online chit-chat about Nationstar and FNMA.  Can I ask...What type of Equator Membership do you have?

      • They gave me an initial MLA but No real specific instruction or guidance on what they expect...I know what they take from my commission but they haven't specified what the starting commission is.  As far as my equator membership, I didn't know that there were different memberships.  RES.net has that and I have AMP there, but with Equator I have been with them since they were REOtrans and I just pay coverage areas each month.  I have never taken their classes/certs and my AM's with GMAC said they don't care about any of that...however, perhaps other companies do.
