Wilshire Credit Corp Closing REO Dept

Looks like as of March 1st Wilshire will be closing their REO Dept. according to a letter sent out to brokers.

"A spokesperson with BofA told REO Insider that the bank will retain ownership of the loan portfolio serviced by Wilshire, and they were not part of the sale. The Wilshire properties will service transfer by March 1, 2010 and will be managed by Integrated Asset Services."

I just received my first BPO but am caught up with an error message when inputting the mls numbers and zip code for the comps. Did you get the same error message?

I was approved January 27, 2009 but never received any listings from Wilshire!

Been in IAS system from 23 Apr 2007 and so far only two BPOs received, one last year and one two years ago.

I was just approved by IAS yesterday. Does anyone have any insight on them? I've read some posts but they were older. Thanks all.

They are good, I had two listings transfer to them last year and they gave me a few more month, but they were overpriced and re-assigned to another agent, one of them is on the third agent and still over priced.

I have received several bpos from them and they are very easy to work with. Good company overall.
