Has anyone worked with a company called Zetabid? I received information from them over the weekend, and I am curious what others have experienced. Thanks.Mike

Yes....,well... They require 3 day-long open houses, if the property sells at auction, they will handle the entire sale... but commission, ( from what I remember was 1- 1/2% by the time fee's kicked in...... if your'e a broker... and not sharing, then its a good vehicle to get buyers.... if not.... its tough to split 1 1/2 %.on a 40k sale..... at the time, I was not a broker.... and I built a nice database from there. Oh, yes, and they were slow to close ( 2-3 mo.s and subsequently pay) its a tough call, but, they wont blatantly rip you off.
I am planning to apply again ( as a broker) in order to help my trainee's get experience with buyers and develope their own database.
Hope this helps!!

Thanks Rose. The biggest red flag that went up for me was their incorporation is in the Cayman Islands. Other than that, their requirements seemed pretty simple. I appreciate your input.
