I just spoke with my asset manager and this is the norm.  I hope to have a house coming that they are spending almost $100,000. to repair, unfortunately it is on hold as just found out it sold at tax auction.

Wells Fargo seems to be spreading the wealth here in Oklahoma using 5-6 agents in my area.  I thought I wasn’t receiving anymore, but right when my annual dues came up I was assigned another one.  That property was one of the best REO assignments I had worked, because they completely updated the 100K house, and I didn’t have to get any bids.  They had teamed up with Home Depot and installed new; flooring, all new paint, and new appliances and the property sold for full price in a week with multiple offers.  I hope that this is their new S.O.P. for all future assets.

Keep sending them WF.

I wonder if the charge back the remodel to the previous mortgagor along with the deficiency?

Download to excel by state and county from http://reo.wellsfargo.com/WBREOHome.aspx. Then sort by status and agent name and you will see who is getting all the listings.  For those of us still paying the $349 and not on the list it's annoying.

Joh, Karla- so sorry about this.  What areas are you in?

We have been working on properties for over 5 mos, evictions, code violations, rehab, etc and all got pulled Monday. No notice, no reason given and long term relationship with PAS. The way PAS did it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Don't know who was responsible for the decision making but it's bad business. I'll never trust PAS again.

** I just got a listing agreement for a house I worked a long eviction for, put it on MLS yesterday and GOT FIRED today! Darn! I have been working so hard for PAS. I am crushed right now!!

Dear Agent,

Premiere Asset Services (PAS) is in the process of evaluating various markets and agent
performance including your own. Please be advised that PAS has made a business decision to remove you from our agent network. In doing this we will be
re‐assigning the following properties to different agents. Please remove these
assets from the MLS as soon as possible:

In reference to the following Listed files, you will have 15 calendar days to
submit any/all offers for review by PAS. Any property still in Listed status on
calendar day 16 will be reassigned. This includes the following:

You will still have access to the Agent Portal to continue maintaining those
assignments currently entertaining offers or in escrow as well as uploading
invoices for these assets. Any files that revert from Offer Pending, Offer
Accepted, or Under Contract back to a Listed status will be reassigned.

This letter serves as notice that you are no longer eligible to receive future
assignments from PAS. This is a final determination and is not subject to
appeal.

Thank
you for your cooperation in this matter.

Sincerely,

PAS
Network Management

I guess I am a little confused... don't these asset managers and companies realize that if they spread out the work they can help the economy. More people would have money to spend.

I am also trying to get on board with Indymac, they mention that they are letting agents go there too. That was the last word I got, but I still sent my package there. I also pay for referrals.

I haven't stop applying for other companies. I did Countrywide with first preston some years ago and a few with Indymac, But I don't seem to get to them.

If you can help with any of the companies you work with I appreciate it, and I don't mind paying you a referral.
