I worked for HomEq as well.  One of my better clients.  Some of the best folks around to work with.  I also worked for Ocwen.  Shows the importance of continual marketing for new accounts.

I just wanted to add one thing too. I work with Homeq Servicing, which was Horizon Management. Same thing there too. They were one of the best company to work for too. Then they got bought out by Ocwen. I also work for Ocwen too, in which you know what they did. You just never know sometimes. I still see some Asset Manager's names from Homeq on Linkin in which I do still make conversation

Thanks Linda, I also love working with Pas. I voted for them straight for the Pinnecle awards too. They are great to work with. I felt something was wrong with the inventory level being so low a year ago, exactly 12/01/10. During the whole year nothing was really coming in, just little. I did go the a convention with Wells Fargo, and they also mention very low inventory level due to them doing alot of workup with short sales. I think that they are really gearing with the short sale end. So this massive Shadow inventory, where is that?

Hi Alina, Sorry to hear about the cut backs in Illinois! I have been a PAS Agent here in SW Florida for 6 years and love working with them. This year has been extremely slow. There has been no discussion of cut backs in this area but I have the feeling it's coming.

One more note, my score card is a 4.70 which is almost perfect. Again, I don't know how they determine the cuts. I though it was scorecard and lenght of time working there, but I know brokers that have work with pas for a long time.

Well, I had a new listing too, just about to list out, but hold up on repairs. They did not give anyone any indication that we were to be let go. Honestly, they just will send a letter to you if they do not need you. I called my asset manager and she said they just had the meeting that morning to notify about what was going to happen. They will let people go and then give the rest the inventory to the rest. That is how your inventory level will go up.

My business with PAS is down but I was just assigned a new listing a couple of days ago.  As you know, they use numerous agents in a market and I do see listings with other agents as well.  Haven't heard anything from my contacts about cut backs
