Bank of America Contacts

In order to list BAC Reo properties you have to be an approved BAC agent. Unfortunately, we do not have a current need for additional agents in the area you service. We are only adding agents to our network on an "as-needed" basis. The best thing to do is to ensure you have an active profile in REOTrans. REOTrans is the system we use to manage our REO properties, as well as locate new agents. Below you will find additional information about this system.

In order for you to be considered for addition at a future date, you will need to create a free profile at www.reotrans.com, which will provide you with the ability to transact directly with BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP. utilizing this system. If you already have a REOTrans profile you will not need to do anything else at this time.

If you have any questions about REOTrans or their REO Workstation please feel free to contact their support line via telephone directly at 310-469-9017 or via email at support@reotrans.com

For any additional questions, please feel free to email REMBrokerCommunication@bankofamerica.com

Thank you.

BAC Vendor Management claims that I was notified of my most recent scorecard on 3/6/12 and that it was sent from this email address: donotreply@informationlogix.com. One problem! I never received it. Has anyone else had this issue?

I'm on the Chase vendor list, they will assigned you a loan officer and you must provide at least 2 leads for every property. The Bank of America vendor list is very difficult. I recieved a listing from BOA lately thru IAS but I'm not on the main list yet. The key is to find a loan officer who can put on the list.

I am not on BOFA list but that is what I have heard also if you give one of their LO business you can get business from them.

I actually got on the BofA approved vendor list because of a SS class I took a year ago April, with Five Star.  IAS has confirmed I'm on the BofA approved list and I've gotten a few assets, none recently. I am not however a BofA agent so I'm not sure how I'm on one list but not worthy of the "real" BofA agent list.  BofA was speaking at the SS class and told us all that we were on the approved list for being in the class but outside of IAS, I've not gotten any BofA business and was not approved when they did their drive for agents.  I wasn't scrubbed either, my BofA loan officer told me that.  My best suggestion is to get an actual loan officer who is part thier REO process.  I know here they had a big meeting and only about 12 loan officers were part of this and they "scrubbed" agents who LO's didn't know.  Thank goodness Val remembered me from previous business.  Find out who the "go to" LO is for your area.  Not just any BofA LO but the one who is advertised on a specific BofA property.  Good chance they have the direct REO connection you need.  In the end though, if you bring them biz, then they say they want to reward you with biz. Hope that made sense.  I also found this to be true with Chase too, use the LO they suggest and not just any Chase LO.
