Not guessing at all, Nikki. The President of Excellen made such comments when interviewed by, I believe, Harris University a couple of months ago. REO experience would count for much in the selection process and that less than one third of the TS consultants would be chosen.

And that is pretty much what happened.

What we don't know is how soon things will come together for them to start assigning listings in any decent numbers. They had originally estimated things would start to hit about now.

But it is still slow all over.

You are, as we all are, guessing on all of this, as there has been very little info released about how they made their decision, and how they will proceed.

Yes, Excellen needed to be able to promised experienced REO agents in order to court the various lenders and asset management companies out there. And they knew they had a fairly large number of such agents who already were a part of Titanium Solutions. So experience weighed very heavily on this first group of chosen agents.

It's not saying one is not qualified. It is saying that others are more qualified and that they have a sufficient number of these to start. Once things get started there will be fall out. Others will be chosen.

I went through the selection questionaire. This form focused on how many REOs the candidate had sold. In my case, I only have sold 1 REO. However, they Excellen failed to ask how many listings the candidate had sold recently, or whether the candidate was multilingual, or whether the candidate had a network of contractors to rehab properties, or whether the candidate had a good on-time record with Titanium... In my case, the answer was yes to all of these, but at the end, did not pass the selection process. Any clues?

To all concerned with Excellen REO's. Here is the text I received in an email from Cary Stenberg the President of Excellen on May 22, 2010.

"Good Morning Craig – I am glad that we got you added to the list and I know that you are anxious, as we are to get started. We hope to have our first inventory in the next 60-90 days."

According to my calculations that would be the end of July to sometime in August.
