Hey All You,

Off forum...but does anyone have a "fresh" idea for a bill board that gets results?

This bill board is for my Agent Partner...he has had local bill boards forever and we are looking for idea that will get results.

Hello everyone and greetings from Monterey County, CA! Just wanted to say I appreciate all the great info this group has provided. Look forward to the continued discussions. Any discussions going on out there about the changes in FHA/govt loans and possibly being out of money some time next year?

It was an oustanding conference.. 1) Keep your reports early, on time is late. 2) Know your clients. 3) Keep abreast of the current technology. 4) Network with other agents out of area so it's not a competition issue. 5) Keep educating yourself with conference attendance and certifications.

1) Learn about different markets across the country 2) Network with other agents on what companies are assigning listings 3) Meet asset mangers that you are currently working with 4) Refocus priorities 5) Learn what companies are looking for from their REO agents
