I just came across this page with the discussion. I don't know if a notice was ever sent but I can help on this matter. One thing RP prides ourselves on is our customer service. From our clients to third party reviewers we have had over a two year top rating. I have not heard of this issue and since that time was so long ago I would not be able to comment on it. If you ever have an issue in the future please send me a private message through REOPRO and I will make sure it is resolved expeditiously.

Currently we do have a large volume of BPOs from another client that is using our new form for Desktop BPOs. This form requires no site visit, no photos and no general data. Due to our autofill built directly into the form as all of others have, the form can be filled out in as little as 3 minutes. These BPO's start at $15. There are agents completing over 80 a day and never having to drive to a single property.

This is not good. Sharon, I hear ya, sometimes I wonder if those on the help desk at companies know the meaning of the word HELP!  Perhaps Christian can chime in here and enlighten us on these issues.

I tried to contact help desk and got several people telling me to watch the video.

What did they not read or hear when I said, I've watched the video, it is still not working.  Can't get any one to respond to emails or requests for the video for Acquistions. Not very happy and not paying for it. Green River will give me a free account for their BPO;s - not much in my area so I don't see a point paying big bucks for this.

Sharon, I am late on this question I know.  Have you gotten the issue you have worked out? Tom, good luck, it should work from what others say here. Let us know please.

Anybody ever try to use Realty Pilot to upload BPO's for RRReview? I was able to log in to RRReview in Chrome but it doesn't recognize the Realty Pilot file.

Our MLS allows me to download csv files for free. Just can't get it to work with importing to different sites, OR, Res.Net, etc. Tried to get the video for the Acquisitions keep asking, no replay

Wow Christian your a patient man.... Hey question for you, I just came about this site as a result of  the Green River orders recently sent out. I do BPO's only I am not interested in REO Business nor short sales however I would be interested in anything you can offer on the best way to utilize your site in procuring more BPO business.

Frank - That is NOT CORRECT. The only thing you need is access to your MLS. If you pay MLS dues you can do this. We have over 200 members using this without RETS feed in your MLS. If you watch the video you can download the property comps and subject property into a file and upload it to our system. This process has been suggested to you in the past by Keystone in their initial letter, update emails by us, notifications in our system and our customer service department. Please call another broker in your area if the MLS will not show you how but it is their job to show you how to do this if you pay your annual MLS dues.
