I am sooooo freaking happy you guys are getting successful with the REOPro Alliance with RealtyPilot......IT'S FREAKING AWESOME!

Those of you have found a winning strategy and want to share it, please don't forget to actually write a forum thread here in this group. Keep in mind, people only see the past 10 comments or so, when you write a commnet. To keep your thoughts up for a while on this page, be sure to write a forum thread.

Hi Jan, I kept it very brief, mentioned that I';m signed up with them and w. realty pilot platform. I assured them that bpo's would always be on time, if not early, and to please let me know how I can start handlling some of their bpos. Offered a free 2nd opinion of value, or anything that they may need help with... to keep me in mind.
Told them where im located.

I think it's key to address each AM individually on each e-mail... I feel that if they see their name in the first sentence they are more likely to ready at least to the 2nd or 3rd sentence before they hit delete.

The fact that 3 replied, means they read the entire paragraph, and took the 5 extra seconds to hit reply and type in a quick word or two.

I sent out 68 e-mails today to the AM contacts I found opening the doors, of companies that I was already signed up with.
Got 3 replies back, just stating that they'll keep me in mind.
One actaully asked for my Bio,, so I sent them my resume, with license and E&O info. I got about 7 e-mails returned due to bad e-mail address.
I'll be signing up with more and do the same thing each day, I will then follow up with those that replied to me in a few weeks to try to stay in touch. This is very promising.. it;s like high tech door knocking ; )

I went through and opened all of the doors that I am currently signed up with. Now I am in the process of signing up with all of the other companies so I can open the doors with my own passwords....

Jim...I did follow Jesse's lead in the BlogTalkRadio show last Sunday...but even more basic.

1. Pulled activity counter for my see which companies have already dropped BPO's.
2. Made sure I was sign up with them...directly..not just the opening the access door.
3. Emailed all the Executives/Asset Managers/Ect.
4. Referenced Realty Pilot - and included a quick note as to let them know I was also a member of RP and their company and look forward to doing business.
5. Monday morning I had a email from a Asset Manager stating that I would be remembered....nice.

When it comes down to it I will get more creative...this is a great start.
