Just returned from Atlanta. Atwo day briefing from the NRBA's Michael krein PhD and Teresa Gordan of TGE was an eye opener. The greatly reduce REO inventory was explained and the new adaptaion system was put into place. Facinating SIS

I unfortunately won't be able to be at Five Star. One of our board members is being sworn in as the new State President...so we are heading to our State Convention to support him. Five Star is lots of fun, so I hope everyone enjoys themselves.

Will be there Jenny, hope to say hello. Tips to meet asset managers are to attend as many social events as possible.
Katima I was offered discounted rate at $195. They have a discount code on their website useable until the end of the month not that I plan on joining. In CT there are 4 registered for entire state.
