Thank you, thought my computer was broken or something.
I did attend the webinar for Realty Pilot. It looks like it will be a great platform. Right now it has a bpo module. Clicked a few buttons, I still need practice. You also have access to 400 AMC links, with contact information. You can click their link/name and go to their website and sign up if you are not already. Their support staff is wonderful. I already had to call them, I had a problem with signing up. I found the support staff very helpful and patient

On Dawn Brayton's comment: I often wonder what we in the industry can do to put political pressure on the lenders to "take the bull by the horns" and finally address their many inefficiencies and poor job on Short Sales. With the exception of Wachovia, virtually every lender is one big Black Hole where Short Sales Packets just seem to disappear!

I attended. It is an impressive system. I signed up for the trial so I could learn the system before they begin making assignments. There will be another webinar next Tuesday.

I did get confirmation that BOA approvals with no Mortgage Insurance can and are being given by TS in 7-14 days. If you have Mortgage Insurance it's 22 days. My problem is, TS didn't get the Short Sale Packages from BOA so, you will be required to submit the entire Short Sale package with all updated information.
