I suggest those who had a bad experience contact local Better Business Bureau in your area and their home office. Also the state department of licensing.

Buyer Beware: USA Title & Escow, Inc. in Brentwood, TN will rip you off. Stay away. They will steal your clients and try to reclose them. The owner, Becky Loree, also owns a real estate company called Pineapple Realty and a search company which she uses several different names. That are horrible. Stay far away.

I have a couple of REO clients right now I am interested in getting more accounts. Anybody know of anyone who is looking for an escrow company specializing in REOS.
