They have a good Smart Agent plan, for less than $20/m + $5.00 for each listing 1 time fee...works well as for the big, or small companies.

Anybody know of any good software/services that will schedule all your showing requests by email? There would be a link on the listing that sends the agents to a log in form they fill out and submit for a showing. Something that would be more geared towards brokers that have a high volume of listings? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
