"I am a Fannie Mae Direct Broker/Agent. I was recently told by my AM that I could sign up another person in my office to be a listing agent for Fannie Mae. In the process now so I will let you know how that works out."

I just read your post on my blog topic about Fannie direct vs. out sourcers, thank you for the input. It seems there are lots of changes at Fannie, by neccessity of the growth I am sure!
